Hospital Boiler and Chiller Plant Tour

Join us in exploring and learning about Providence Medical Centers recent boiler replacement and the challenges entailed. In addition we will learn about their large chiller plant, and time permitting we will take a look at the generator plant. The tour will be led by Ken Nauseda and Bill Frost with Providence, Ken is the Supervising Engineer for the Physical Plant  and Bill is a Building Automation Engineer; their combined knowledge of the systems is impressive. We will also have representatives from Cool Air Mechanical, the contractor involved with Installation as well as tentatively the team from AMC engineers who designed these projects.

For this meeting, it is essential for members to RSVP so that we can get a preliminary head count and determine if we will need to split into groups for the tour.  Please RSVP as early as you are able.

For parking and meeting: Park in parking structure 4 (free parking), and meet in tower T at the Creekside Café (from parking garage, walk across bridge on level 2 to tower U, the Creekside Café is on level 2 of the common space in between towers S,T and U).
