Richard has spent the last 11 years with Vibro-Acoustics and has extensive hands-on experience working in the HVAC industry. Over his career, he has had various roles including MEP Engineer doing designs, area sales manager China, project manager, seismic site inspections for contractors for sign off letters, Application Engineer and Technical Sales Manager Noise Control products. Richard has a proven background in sales solving field application issues with solution selling of HVAC systems including integrating with chillers, cooling towers, air handling equipment, and VAV boxes. Richard obtained his Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering at Xian Jiatotong University, and Masters in Business Administration from Schulich York University. He likes to help all stakeholders of engineers, architects and other specification influencers uncover the real project needs and then assist in getting project specific schedules and drawings to ensure the end user gets the right solution they want.
