Mak is a Staff Project Lead for North Slope Operations for ConocoPhillips Alaska. In addition to being active in the Alaska Chapter, Mak is also a co-author on the upcoming second edition of the ASHRAE Cold Climate Design Guide, writing specifically on how design mechanical systems for hazardous environments in the Arctic. Mak will be providing the perspective of working in the oil/gas world and for large, multi-national firms.
